We’ve been working with the Good Times Pilates team since their website update in 2022, collaborating on revisions and more complex updates ever since. (You know, our bread and butter). The good people at GTP came to us with a vision: the community-focused Pilates studio was moving in a new creative and strategic direction. Their biggest roadblock? Replicating the studio’s vibrant atmosphere in the digital space. Owner/Founder Cat envisioned a fun, engaging and energetic website with a focus on functionality. While all the existing bells and whistles were exciting, Cat wanted the website to attract their target audience, inspire easy purchases and make ‘em wanna spring into the studio IRL.

With solid online engagement and digital analytics already in place, the goal was to ensure both new and existing clients could easily navigate the website while falling head over Reformer into the experience. We focused on user experience (UX) and maintaining smooth transactions on the site while making the most of third-party systems. As for inspiration, we were wowed by the work of several Melbourne-based designers, handpicked by Cat herself. Their designs express playfulness and inclusivity, perfectly aligning with the studio’s ethos. The result is a super functional, fun and engaging website that blends the in-person and online experiences, giving users an exciting click-worthy experience from start to finish.

We continue to support the GTP team with email marketing, designing stunning emails in a HTML builder, sent directly from Mindbody. To keep the website fresh, Cat and Digital Moves regularly collaborate on updates, including image/video optimisation, community feedback and UX improvements. Together, we keep up the good fight to enhance the digital experience… and we’re loving every single second of it.
