Plugin Support

We're here to help you troubleshoot any issues with our plugins. While we can assist with installation and usage based on the instructions provided, we may not be able to help with customisations or development outside of those guidelines.

Please note, support is provided on a best-effort basis, and we can't guarantee compatibility with all other plugins, templates, or third-party software. Response times may vary, and while we always reply, sometimes our emails may land in your spam folder.

For technical support, we might need admin access to your site, and we appreciate your trust in allowing that. We reserve the right to refuse support for any reason, such as inappropriate behaviour, and we may change or end our services at any time without notice.

General Information

Requirements & Compatibility

Squarespace doesn’t allow custom code on personal plans, they are considered Premium Features. While there are work-arounds for our plugins, Squarespace can change this at any point. We advise you to only purchase our plugins if you are on a Squarespace Business Plan or higher. 

All our plugins are for Squarespace 7.1 sites.

Plugin Conflicts

Our plugins are designed to be simple and impactful, we make all efforts to target specific elements for the plugin to work correctly. If you are running multiple plugins on your site from multiple vendors, outside of Digital Moves –– We cannot guarantee that our plugin will work effectively. We do not offer support for other vendor plugins.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our plugins and the immediate access provided, purchases are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be cancelled once delivered.

Refunds will not be issued for following reasons:

  • User error (not reading the product description)

  • Changes or bugs in the Squarespace platform

  • Conflicting third-party code or extensions

  • Changing your mind (not wanting the product anymore)

  • Refusing support from our team

Previews

There are a lot of moving parts with websites, so it's not uncommon for the plugin effects to not show when in edit mode. Particularly if we are using elements of Squarespace such as summary blocks to develop the plugin. We recommend viewing in a private or incognito window, as cache can be a reason for any preview issues. If you are still seeing an issue, get in touch via the troubleshooting request form.

Licence Information

All plugins come with a straightforward unlimited use licence, which means they can be used an endless number of times. You have permission to use any plugin on your Squarespace projects, both personal and commercial. We do not allow our plugins to be used on Squarespace templates that are for sale nor can you re-sell any of our plugins.
